About Us

CSC is an independent consultancy with over 20 years' experience of helping local people and partnerships get the best from regeneration funding.

The company was first established in the late 1980s by Maggie Dew and James McAllister (the Posh and Becks of urban regeneration), and has been led by David Axford since Maggie and James retired in 2007.

We now work in rural and urban locations, and cover all aspects of community development activity, including finding the right funding partner, developing the material to support your bid, developing an application and reporting back on your achievements. In addition, we work with a number of specialist associates, so that we can offer a seamless service that covers:

* All building and architectural services
* Project management and delivery
