The East Sussex Transport heritage Centre has commissioned CSC to prepare a Business Plan that may guide the establishment of a new museum facility in Bexhill on Sea.

Jensen Button may not be aware of this, but Bexhill on Sea is the birth place of British motor racing. The first motor race in Britain took place there in 1902, and local vintage transport societies are coming together to develop a permanent exhibition in the town.
CSC has been commissioned to prepare a Business Plan that will demonstrate that the Centre is financially viable and ensure that the organisation has the management and operational structures in place to help achieve success.
This document will primarily be used to persuade the local authority that it should be granted the lease on a prominent and historically important building, and to support applications for grant funding to support renovations to the building.
