CSC is assisting Nick Wates Associates in reviewing material relating to the delivery and performance of public services in the area covered by Rother District Council in East Sussex.

The objective of this research is produce an analysis of the key trends and issues facing the district, and thereby inform the LSP on the key issues that it should focus upon in the coming period. By analysing information on the area's population, deprivation and a range of service delivery issues, we shall identify or assess:
* Significant areas of change since the previous review in 2002
* Comparisons with data at national, regional and county level
* Key action points for the LSP
