Blue Bell Hill Village Hall

Blue Bell Hill is a picturesque village in the Tonbridge & Malling Borough Council area in Kent. It is served by a small hall that is well used, but which now needs to be upgraded and expanded, so that it can accomodate better kitchen and toilet facilities, allow better access to pedestrians and provide more parking spaces.
The Village Hall Management Committee has conducted its own successful local fund raising initiatives, but still needs to attract a significant amount of grant funding to complete the package.

CSC has been commissioned to help the Management Committee achieve its objectives through three linked activities:
1 - We have explored the availability of grant funding and produced a report that identifies a range of Trusts and public funds that have expressed an interest in the project and confirmed that it meets their objectives
2 - We have undertaken a survey of local people and established that there is strong local support for teh proposed extention
3 - We are currently developing a full feasibility study, that also covers governance and maintenance issues, to support future grant applications
